4. Sales conditions Subject to any separate agreements, deliveries will be made according to the rules of Incoterms 2010, FCA. Goods will be ready for exportation in the warehouses of Weil am Rhein (Germany) or Reinach (Switzerland). All goods are shipped at the buyer’s own risk; transportation and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility. Oettinger Davidoff AG is not obliged to accept orders; ordered goods are subject to availability, and Oettinger Davidoff AG reserves the right to withhold the delivery, namely if the buyer is behind on any payments.
