How do I contact Customer Service?

On Swiss / Basel business days (usually Monday – Friday), email inquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
You can either add articles from the catalogue or fill in the article numbers in the quick order form. Here you can also import a csv-file with the columns article number and quantity. As soon as you proceed to the checkout, a split of your quote request is automatically made to separate the tobacco and non-tobacco items (two quote requests with two different order numbers are created, which is needed to ensure tax and tariff compliance in the jurisdictions of the respective warehouses in Germany or Switzerland).
